Extra Costs:

• The Harvest Fee while using a Baited Bear Stand is an extra $500.00 us funds if successful

• Cost of Two Week Hunt Add on is $2000.00 us funds

• Cost of Non Hunter (16 years or older) is $1500.00 us funds

• Cost of Non Hunter (Under 16 years old) is $750.00 us funds

*    Non-Hunter 16 years and older may hunt small game without a guide for Grouse or Snowshoe Hare within Season.

*    Licenses, tags and permits are INCLUDED in the "HUNT". One guide to one hunter. Black Bear Hunts are two hunters to one guide. A two on one hunt is available upon request.

*    All "GOVERNMENT TAX'S" and "REBATES" are included.

*    A 30% Deposit is due upon booking you hunt and is Non Refundable, 2nd deposit is due within 90 days.

Extras:

• Butchering / Shipping / Transportation of all Meat

• Taxidermist Fee

• Hotel Accommodation if needed

• Gratuities for the Cook / Guides & Staff

Included in the Hunt:

• Transportation to the Lodge from Gander or Millertown will be arranged

• Licenses, Tags, Permits

• Government Tax's and or Rebates

• All Meals / Snacks / Lunches etc.

• Transportation pertaining to the hunt, Boats / Motors / Canoe's / ATV's etc.

• One Hunter to One Guide or Two Hunters to One Guide

• 7 Nights Accommodation at Lodge

Required:

Proof of passing a hunters capability test or big game license in the past. Applications will be provided for each hunter. Canadian Firearms forms will also be provided.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your hunt due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit is Non-Refundable. However, you may transfer your license and deposit to another hunter or to another year.

What to Bring:

We recommend you to bring a few things with you to make your hunt a little more comfortable. You will need a warm jacket, sweater, woollen socks, warm shirts, hunting pants, warm underwear for 7 days, rain gear, footwear for around camp, hunting vest (blaze orange), hunting gloves, camo hunting clothes, face mask, 1 pair knee high rubber boots, 1-2 packages of mole skin (for chafing footwear), Rifle ( recommended 30:06 or better) & soft rifle case, Hunting bow (min. 45lbs.), Ammo / Arrows (approx. 20 rounds), Canteen, Scent cover for bear hunters, stalking footwear for Bow hunters, backpack or pack sack, Hunting knife & stone, Flashlight & batteries, Binoculars, Mosquito net for Spring Bear Hunting, and any personal supplies (recommended use of non scented items). If you need or take medications, it's recommended you travel with a little extra in case your trip maybe delayed for any reason.
